Please note that shipping cost for Sale Items is calculated differently. Jackets have $2.00, Vests $1.50 and Sweaters/Tights $1.00 added to the shipping cost to compensate for the additional weight per $. The maximum amount added per order would be $5.

Duties and Taxes:International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Sending a gift?

For Gifts shipped to a different address please send us a note in the "Ordering Instructions" box letting us know that it is a gift. We will then send your invoice to your billing address only.

Returns:

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. The returned items have to be in new and re sellable condition. We will issue a full refund for the product or you can exchange it. We will pay for shipping you a different product of equal value. All other shipping costs are not refundable unless due to our error or defects in the merchandise.

When returning merchandise to Blue Ice Clothing, return them USPS insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. COD returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Refund:
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund for the returned item(s) which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check. If you were using Pay Pal, we will reverse the charges. We do not refund shipping unless there was an error on our side.
Exchanges:
Even exchanges of purchases made by credit card or Pay Pal will be a simple swap of merchandise. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or credit your credit card for the difference. There is no additional shipping fee for exchanges of equal value. If you were using Pay Pal and there is a difference in price you will have to place a new order and we will refund the old order, or give us your credit card number and we will take care of it.
